At 9:00 a.m., we start to call customers to communicate with them about the progress of their orders, to understand their needs and problems, and to solve their questions and confusions in a timely manner. For example, today, when communicating with an American customer, the customer mentioned that he wanted to develop a series of kitchen storage products, like black wooden napkin holder, Christmas silver trivet tray, iron wire nesspresso pod tree and so on. At the same time, the salesman had to provide support and services to various departments within the company according to the customer's requirements.
At 12:00 noon, the salesman and his colleagues have lunch together and have some relaxed communication and discussion. This not only relieves work pressure, but also facilitates teamwork and communication.
At 2:30 pm, we start processing customs declarations and coordinating logistics to ensure that orders are delivered on time. They need to communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders and customs departments to solve various issues and problems in the export process. At the same time, the salesmen also need to update the status of customers' orders in order to maintain their trust and satisfaction.
At 4:30 pm, we start to organize the day's work records and reports, and make the work plan for the next day. They need to analyze and summarize the progress of orders in order to better serve customers and improve efficiency in the subsequent work. For example, tomorrow we plan to have a product development meeting for the new quarter to expand some kitchen, wall mounted coat and hat hook rack as our new main products.
