The 134th Canton Fair Overseas Purchaser Accreditation Point is stationed at Baiyun Airport for the first time
The 134th China Import and Export Fair ("Canton Fair") will be held on October 15, 2023 with a grand opening. Overseas buyers will be required to have a buyer's license to enter the exhibition halls for negotiation. In order to avoid long queuing time at the on-site check-in point of the exhibition halls, the 134th Canton Fair overseas buyers' check-in point is stationed at Baiyun Airport for the first time, and travelers can apply for the buyer's card at the designated check-in point in the terminal building after arriving at the airport.

Foreign businessmen holding foreign passports, Hong Kong or Macao Home Visit Permits or Taiwan Compatriot Permits can apply for the Canton Fair Overseas Buyer's Pass at Baiyun Airport.
Where can I apply for the Canton Fair Overseas Purchaser Card at Baiyun Airport?
The 134th Canton Fair has set up 3 overseas buyer pass points at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and some of the pass points provide 24-hour pass making service on the peak arrival days of overseas merchants.

Terminal 1, Area A, Arrival Hall, next to Gate 9, General Service Counter.

Integrated Service Counter next to the subway entrance on the first floor of Terminal 1

Counter of Guangzhou Tourist Information Center next to GTC Traffic Center on the first floor of Terminal 2
3. What are the service hours of the Baiyun Airport checkpoints?
From October 12 to November 3, 2023, 8:00-24:00 daily. 24-hour service is available at some of the checkpoints during certain periods.
24-hour check-in points:
Terminal 1, Area A, Arrivals Hall, next to Gate 9, General Service Counter
Counter of Guangzhou Tourism Information Center next to GTC Traffic Center on the first floor of Terminal 2
24-hour pass handling service period:
October 14th and 15th for the first period
The second period October 22, 23
October 30th and 31st for the third period
