Notice on Offline Participation of Domestic Buyers in the 135th Canton Fair Fer House
The 135th Canton Fair Offline Exhibition will open on April 15, 2024, and qualified domestic buyers can apply for offline participation from now on.
1. This Canton Fair will be directed by local trading teams to invite qualified domestic buyers to participate offline within a certain quota.
2. All domestic buyers' certificates will be handled by online application, online review and advance mail, without on-site certification. Enterprises approved by the transaction delegation can register with the invitation code or log in to the Canton Fair domestic buyers license platform to apply for the participation certificate, not invited enterprises declined to participate.
3. The Chinese staff of foreign organizations/enterprises' representative offices in China and foreign chambers of commerce in China, and the Chinese accompanying staff of overseas buyers (including translators) can apply for the procurement representative card. Application Requirements
Domestic buyers participating offline must be wholesale, retail and manufacturing enterprises registered in China, engaged in import business, with an annual revenue of RMB 50 million and with business scope matching the theme of the Canton Fair exhibition area.
Application Process
I. Apply for participation quota from the trade mission
Enterprises that meet the requirements and have a real need to participate in the fair can consult with their trade missions.
Second, online submission of license application
Domestic buyers who have passed the audit of the trade mission can get the invitation code, which can be used for new user registration or activation of personal account by the 134th registered users.
The platform retains the personal materials and enterprise business license information of the 134th registered users, and the old users need to re-submit the application form for this session stamped by the trade mission for enterprise rating after logging in.
Purchasers who have obtained the invitation code can register or log in the licensing platform. After perfecting their personal and enterprise information on the platform and passing the audit, buyers can submit the application for license according to their participation needs.
Application time
The application portal for domestic buyers will be officially opened in early March, and the application will be closed at 24:00 on April 10th (the number of license quotas is limited, if the quotas are full before April 10th, the application portal will be closed in advance).
Application materials
(to be submitted online on the accreditation platform)
1. Invitation code provided by the trading group
2. A clear picture of front and back of the ID card of the applicant.
Note: Applicants must be 18 years old or above on April 15, 2024, and the licensing system will verify their age.
3.A recent photo of the applicant (white background or blue background)
4. Business license (original or copy photographed and uploaded)
5. Application form for participation in the 135th Canton Fair confirmed with the seal of the trade mission.
6.Proof of sending staff to participate in the fair confirmed by the seal of the enterprise.
License quota
Each ordinary enterprise that passes the audit of the trade mission can apply for paid domestic buyer's passes for 3 employees (each person can apply for more than one pass according to the intended date of participation, the General Assembly does not restrict this and does not take up the quota of others). Enterprises with an annual turnover of 200 million yuan can obtain a certain amount of free quota on top of the 3 paid quota.
Charging standard
The domestic buyer's card is issued on a per-card basis, at RMB 300 per person per day, with an additional cost of RMB 50 for each card.
Attendance on consecutive dates can be applied for 1 card, the labor cost is charged only once; non-consecutive dates, cross-attendance need to apply for more than one card, the labor cost is charged according to the actual number of cards.
Replacement fee for lost documents is 200 RMB per document, and each document can only be replaced once.
Attention: The domestic buyer's card cannot be revoked after application, and Canton Fair will not accept any refund application after the buyer pays for the card.
Certificate Mailing
All domestic buyer passes will be delivered by mail, and will be sent by EMS courier free of charge in batches starting from the middle of March. Each card corresponds to one parcel, if you apply for more than one card, it will be sent out several times, you can log in to the system to check the logistic information after receiving the SMS.
If you do not receive the documents by mail for special reasons, please contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center or go to the site to apply for a replacement with the document application record.
