Introduction of Automated Machines in Production

Starting from mid-February, our workers returned to work after the Chinese New Year holiday and the factory entered the peak production season. We seize the time to finish the previous orders of dish racks and storage baskets, and start producing new orders of tabletop items.

With the increasing orders of our iron wire products, such as kitchen racks, storage baskets, fruit baskets, etc., we gradually introduce some automated machines into all aspects of production to improve production efficiency, reduce the reliance on the number of workers and lower the scrap rate. The introduction of these machines can help us to achieve higher production capacity and shorter production cycle, which is more beneficial for us to take more orders.

Our main raw material is iron wire. We use a gantry crane to safely unload the bundles of wire to a designated location for storage.The entire bundle of wire needs to be straightened and cut into the various sizes required for production.Using CNC straightening machine can improve the speed and accuracy of cutting and make the wire straighter, which is helpful for later bending and forming.One worker can take care of 3 to 4 machines at the same time.

Many of our fruit baskets and storage baskets require a flat metal sheet for the bottom or top frame.With manual bending and welding, the frame will have slight deviation, while with automatic frame bending machine, the lines are smoother, there are no creases, and the welding is stronger.

We have introduced several automatic line welders to cope with larger orders.For a part of fruit basket,storage basket,dish rack items,the shape is formed by simply arranging the wire inside the mould and passing it through the machine's operating table.In the past, we needed to use a spot welder to operate at each welding position, but now one action can complete multiple welding points, which greatly saves time and cost.

Conveyor belt type packaging lines allow the entire packaging team to increase speed.We have sealing machines and shrink wrapping equipment to provide our customers with a wide range of packaging options.

Factories need to continuously increase investment in advanced equipment in order to enhance their competitive advantage, and FER Houseware are well aware of this and will have plans to gradually upgrade our equipment to better serve our customers.
