2023 Fall Canton Fair (134th Canton Fair) Online and Offline Participation Details

Autumn Canton Fair 2023 (the 134th Canton Fair) will be held from October 15 to November 4, 2023 at Pazhou Exhibition Center, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, for a total of 23 days.

**Changes in exhibition content

Compared with previous years, this exhibition has optimized and adjusted some exhibition areas:

Move the Building and Decoration Materials Zone and Bathroom Equipment Zone to the second phase (October 23-27)

Transferring the Toys Zone, Pregnancy & Infant Products Zone, Pet Products Zone, Personal Care Products Zone and Bathroom Products Zone to the third phase (Oct. 31-Nov. 4)

Change the name of the first phase (October 15-19) Chemical Products Zone to New Materials and Chemical Products Zone, and New Energy and Intelligent Networked Vehicles Zone to New Energy Vehicles and Intelligent Mobility Zone.

Split the Engineering & Agricultural Machinery Zone into the Engineering Machinery Zone and the Agricultural Machinery Zone.

Purchasers attending the show offline for the first time can pre-register on the official website and apply for an invitation letter after completing the pre-registration. After passing the pre-registration audit, buyers can go to the Canton Fair Complex check-in area, Canton Fair Hong Kong Office and designated hotel check-in points with the "Reply Slip" and valid ID to get free admission documents, so as to realize worry-free participation.

Purchasers who have participated in the fair offline can apply for invitation letters after logging in on the official website (https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/).

The 134th Canton Fair is scheduled to open on October 15, 2023, when the offline exhibition will be displayed in three phases:

Phase I: October 15-19, 2023

-By Metro: Take Metro Line 3 North Extension at Metro Airport South Station, take 12 stops to Sports West Road Station, transfer to Line 3 (direction of Panyu Square), take 3 stops to Kecun Station and transfer to Line 8 (direction of Wanshengwei), and get off at Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.

-Airport bus: Take Airport Line 3 to the Perry Hotel Station, then at the nearby Huahai Building Station, take Route 203 or a cab and get off at Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.

-By Taxi: From Guangzhou South Railway Station to Pazhou, it is about 24 kilometers away, and it costs about 70 RMB by cab.

-Take the subway: Guangzhou South Railway Station to take the subway line 2, to Changgang station off, transfer to line 8, in the new port east station or Pazhou station off can be, the whole process of about 1 hour to arrive, the ticket price of 6 yuan.

-By subway: Guangzhou East Railway Station, take the northern extension of subway line 3 (sports west direction), take 2 stops to Sports West Station, transfer to subway line 3 (Panyu Square direction), take 3 stops to Kecun Station, transfer to subway line 8 (Wanshengwei direction), get off at Xingangdong Road Station or Pazhou Station.

-International Sourcing Center: Pazhou Avenue East, Haizhu District, Guangzhou (west to east direction)

-Canton Fair Complex A: Convention and Exhibition West Road, Gate 7 into the underground parking lot; or reading Jiangzhong Road, Gate 8 into the North Parking Lot

-Canton Fair Complex B: Gate 2 of Yuejiangzhong Road into the North Plaza; or Convention and Exhibition East Road into the Northeast Parking Lot

-Canton Fair Complex C: Gate 12 of South Convention and Exhibition Road into the underground parking lot; or Gate 15 of South Convention and Exhibition Road into the South Plaza.

Friendly reminder: The internal parking lot of the Canton Fair Complex is only open to those who have a parking permit within the Canton Fair, and is not open to those who do not have a parking permit.

Register or log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Express" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn).

Fill in the application information (enterprise and product information) and submit the online exhibition application.

Contact your trade mission to find out the results of the qualification examination.

After obtaining the qualification, log on to the Canton Fair Cloud Showroom Management Platform (https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/zh-CN/login/mall/index#/login) to select the package, pay the corresponding online service fees online and start the online exhibition preparation.
